As much as I focus on correcting signs of aging in my face, I feel it’s equally important to be continuously improving the integrity of the skin on your neck, arms, hands, legs and feet. Of course, you can focus on your core as well, but at the very least, your arms and legs get as much exposure as your face most of the time! What good is a young looking face when your arms and legs are screaming your age anyway!
Treating the skin on your body is much different!
Reversing crepey skin on your limbs is much trickier, surprisingly, than it is on your face. I recommend doing regular peels on your arms and legs, but peels move much slower there than they do on your face.
Improvement on the skin of your limbs happens SLOOOW – I can perform a peel on my body and not see flaking or peeling start until 10-15 days after the peel! Movement and improvement is much slower!
Other Treatments – There are other treatments you can do to improve the appearance of thin, crepey skin on your limbs besides peels, but it gets expensive. I will describe those other options to this page soon!
