3 Steps To Glowing
Skin Over 40

Right: Me at Age 47
After 6+ years of skincare testing
I’m 48 now and over the past seven years, I’ve dedicated myself to finding the best products and ingredients to maintain youthful skin.
My Skin at 47
2. Peels for Exfoliation
Peels dissolve the dead skin cells that sit on top of your skin.
Using a peel stimulates skin cell renewal and can lighten dark spots.
I use a PHA Peel that is gentle but effective.
Peels also:
Minimize fine lines and wrinkles
Smooth skin texture
Even out skin tone
Lighten dark spots & blemishes
2. Retinols and Bakuchiol
Retinols and Bakuchiol are my go-to for stimulating cell turnover.
Retinols cause skin to generate new cells.
This leads to a more even skin tone and lightened dark spots!
Bakuchiol does the same but is more natural and gentle. I use both.
I use retinol a few times a month and Bakuchiol almost daily.
3. Antioxidant Rich Oils
One of the biggest game-changers I’ve found for lightening dark spots and glowing skin has been the use of antioxidant rich oils.
The strongest ones I’ve found are rosehip oil, pomegranate seed oil and prickly pear oil.
I alternate all 3 oils in my skincare routine.
My 3 Favorite Antioxidant Oils:
Reduces hyperpigmentation
Lightens dark spots
Promotes even skin tone
Strong antioxidant
Minimizes fine lines
Fades age spots

Protects against free radical damage
